CHARACHORDER SHIPPING POLICY
Please note that due to high demand orders may take longer than normal to get fulfilled. Fulfillment and Shipping Estimates are not guarantees. Actual time from order placed to order delivered may vary.
International orders may incur Customs Fees, such as import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, among others. Customs Fees are determined by the destination country. Customs Fees (i.e. import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees, etc.) are to be post-paid by the receiver upon delivery or when the package is held at customs. The carrier will reach out to the receiver for payment Customs Fees. It's solely the receiver's responsibility to ensure that all Customs Fees are paid in a timely manner (usually within 7 days of the package arriving to the country listed in the Shipping Address). We encourage closely monitoring tracking information on the carrier's tracking website to make sure that the package is progressing as expected.
If a package is returned to CharaChorder because the receiver failed to pay Customs Fees, or as a result of missing information that is determined to be due to an omission by the receiver (i.e., missing apartment number, missing postal code, etc.), the receiver may request that CharaChorder send the package once again. The receiver will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the reshipment and no refund or credit will be issued for the original shipping fees. The receiver will continue being responsible for paying all Customs Fees in a timely manner. If the carrier charges CharaChorder a "return to sender" fee, the receiver will be responsible for reimbursing CharaChorder for that amount.
If the carrier loses or disposes of a package as a result of the receiver's failure to pay Customs Fees, or as a result of missing information that is determined to be due to an omission by the receiver (i.e., missing apartment number, missing postal code, etc.), CharaChorder will not issue a refund for the order and the receiver will have to follow up with the carrier to attempt to recover the package.
If the receiver has moved or needs to otherwise change their shipping information, they must submit the request through the Customer Support chat at the bottom right of this page. The receiver is solely responsible for informing CharaChorder of changes to the shipping address of an order. If the request is made after the order has been fulfilled, the request will be considered untimely and no guarantees are made. Nonetheless, CharaChorder will make reasonable efforts to inform the carrier of the change. We recommend reaching out to the carrier as soon as possible if a change must be made after the order has been marked as "fulfilled" in CharaChorder's logs. CharaChorder is unable to issue refunds or credits for packages delivered to an incorrect address for untimely requests or changes in address of which CharaChorder was not informed.
