CharaChorder Refund Policy

CharaChorder has a 40-day refund policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within the 40-day period, a period that starts on the day your order is delivered, you may submit a request for a refund through our support chat located at the bottom right of this page. When submitting a refund request, please provide your order number and the reason for which you'd like to return your device.

  • If your order has not shipped yet, we strongly recommend requesting a refund through our customer support chat as those are monitored on a daily basis. Refund requests made through your Shopify account may not be seen in a timely manner
  • It may take up to 10 calendar days after approval for refunds to be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, CharaChorder may be unable to fulfill your refund request
  • If your order has already shipped, you have up to 40 days from the date of delivery to request a refund
  • You may only return products that have been purchased directly from our online website; charachorder.com. CharaChorder products purchased from third parties are not eligible for refunds directly from CharaChorder online
  • For orders that have already shipped, we will only issue your refund once we receive the product and can verify its condition
  • We strongly recommend using the original packaging when shipping a product back to us to avoid damage to the product during shipping
  • To avoid delays, please include a note inside the package with your order number, your name, and reason for return
  • You are solely responsible for paying shipping costs to send the product back to us
  • We strongly recommend purchasing tracking
  • CharaChorder is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit

***The refund amount for orders that have not shipped will be for 100% of the order value AND all shipping fees you paid.

The refund amount for orders that have already shipped will be for 100% of the order value minus any loss of value due to damage inflicted by you, the Customer, and/or during shipping, and minus all shipping you paid.

Because CharaChorder does not charge any Customs Fees (i.e., tariffs, import fees, VAT, brokerage fees, etc.), CharaChorder cannot refund said fees. Customers may try and seek a refund for said Customs Fees through the pertinent authorities***
