OUR MISSION
CharaChorder's mission is to elevate average human text transmission speed (40 wpm) above and beyond average human text comprehension speed (250 wpm), but even if we only reach talking speed (150 wpm) it would create one of the largest intellectual enlightenments in history.
Text has permanence. It is our most important tool for organizing our thoughts individually and collectively. The QWERTY keyboard was designed for something that didn't even run on electricity! It's 2020 and most of us still use a typewriter every day. We're not here to create incremental change; we're here to establish a new standard for the digital age.
